meet the resolution requirements of the Image Quality Specification (IQS)

It is the first scanner which has been certified by BSI
for German e-passports, according to BSI-TR 03103, Appendix TR-PDÜ-QS-Finger. |

| Operation is very easy and
intuitive, just place the finger on the capture plate and with a click
of a button the finger is scanned. Its salient features include the live
image display during the capture process, compact form, modern standard
USB 2.0 PC interface, no moving parts, and solid reliability in daily use.
With its outer appearance this device fits nicely into the application
environment of offices and counters. Its plastic housing is stylish, yet
robust and lightweight. In addition, it can instantly be fixed on a desk
or wall with the integrated Quick Snap'n Work™ holder. |
