| BioIDENTICA®
FID is an SDK which provides a fast identification extension to BioIDENTICA®
SDK. Using this extension, complete biometric template databases can
be kept in main memory in decrypted form not only for the internal archive
but also for external databases. Furthermore, the sequence of comparing
the biometric features with all biometric templates can be determined in
advance to take advantage of statistical effects which may drastically
reduce search time. Finally, the comparison results are given as a list
of candidate scores to enable more sophisticated decision strategies. BioIDENTICA®
FID has been realized to perform all opportunities described in the paper
"Fast Biometric Identification
Considering User Statistics". |
