Right of withdrawal
If you are acting as consumer you may withdraw your order within 14 calendar days without any penalty and without giving any reason. You may withdraw in written form (e.g., letter, fax, or email) or by returning the ordered goods. The period for exercise of this right of withdrawal shall begin from the day of receipt of the goods. Timely dispatch of withdrawal notification or the goods is sufficient. The withdrawal is to be directed to:
Bromba GmbH, Geisenhausener Str. 11a, 81379 München, Germany, Tel: +49 89 32 66 89 30, Fax: +49 89 32 66 89 31, E-Mail
Implications of withdrawal
In the case of withdrawal, Bromba will refund the full purchase price as soon as the customer has returned the goods in their original packaging, marked with the customer's name and address, and as soon as such goods have been received by Bromba.
In all cases, return of the goods shall be at our risk and costs. Only if the full purchase value is above 40 EUR, you have to pay for return. This does not apply if faulty goods are delivered or if goods are supplied which are not in accordance with their description. In such cases, we will always bear the cost of returns (in the limit of a normal postal parcel shipment). If goods are damaged or worn by the customer prior to delivery back to us, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable cost for any depreciation in value of such goods. This sum will be set off against sum due to be returned to the customer.
Special note: The right of withdrawal shall not apply for contracts covering goods which have been specifically made to the customer's specifications or such goods as are unsuitable for return due to their condition, and/or goods which are perishable. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal shall not apply for contracts covering software products where the seal on the product packaging has been broken.
Warranty
Warranty follows the BGB (German Civil Code) without restrictions.
