Known Bugs of PasswordCenter Version 5
| During registration
the PWC Password Manager does not adopt the correct window name |
This behavior has been observed casually
under Win 2000 and Win XP so far and is under investigation.
Workaround: Stop the PWC and restart
it.
| The delay option
within the PWC Password Manager does not show any effect |
This is a permanent behavior under all
operating systems and will be eliminated in one of the next releases.
Workaround: Stop and restart fingerprint
acquisition manually until browser content has built up completely using
the space bar.
| The fingerprint
acquisition does not start automatically or only after a delay |
This behavior only affects certain PCs.
The reason is still unknown.
Workaround: Move mouse pointer
over the start button of the fingerprint recognition window. Clicking not
necessary.
| The PasswordCenter
inserts wrong characters into the input windows |
This behavior occurs when the shift key
is pressed
Workaround: Only present your finger
to the sensor when the shift key is not activated. |
